No officialish minutes from the meeting.  I kept notes here from our
discussion of Misra 5.x rules:

Action items:

1. Make sure that we send a link out to the meeting in advance.  This was
Laurence's fault, for taking vacation.

2. We're going to stop assigning specific rules for people to work on and
just ask them to write at least one rule prior to the next meeting that
hasn't been written yet.  To do this we suggest you:

1.  edit the wiki page and put your name on the rule and change the status
to **started**.
2.  Complete the rule in a timely fashion.
