The old Orange Book and Blue Book Trusted security criteria

are clearly about the behaviour of executing systems they are really not 
about the construction of such systems. I think for this community we are 
really interested in the provenance..


Is perhaps the word we are looking to describe what is delivered for a 
system is provenance and not trustable or trusted ??
