Hey Edmund,

SSH isn't needed in the final system, however it would be very useful 
for testing, because I can't think of a better way of getting exit codes 
for test programs, or knowing when they finish.

There are hacks we could do by shoving large hashes over the TTY to do 
in-band signalling, but that seems like a much worse idea than just 
adding SSH for testing.

The issues with whether we include an init system to be included are 
likely to be reached at some point in the future anyway.
